Still looking for the perfect work at home oppporunity?

With the growing interest in all things “green” many people are turning to more natural ways to raise their children. Whether it comes to feeding them or the nappies they use or the clothes they buy, you have probably noticed a rise in organic and eco-friendly products available.

If this is an area that you are interested in have you thought about building a business or work at home opportunity around it?

Carrie lives in the USA and well aware that as the add says ” not everything from over there works over here !”   I asked her about her passions and her resource and whether she felt it would be of benefit to Mums this side of the world. 

Carrie can you tell me a bit about how your passion for Natural Parenting began?

I was raised by a natural mom so I guess I came by it honest. My Mom was one of those who served us whole grain peanut butter cookies instead of the boxed varieties. And I didn’t have a soda until I was nearly a teenager. I’m grateful to her for that! I have very healthy teeth. In fact I just got my first cavity. LOL!She also gave birth to me without medications and always talked about how wonderful it was. My sister also did natural birth and breastfed her kids so it was just what I considered normal. After I became a Mom I immersed myself in reading and researching things. I started questioning the status quo, and I found a community of women like me online so I didn’t feel so strange!

Why did you decide to put this resource together?

I think there is a huge untapped market in this area. The interest in natural products and natural lifestyles is growing in a big way. I wanted to help other moms who have interests like me to turn that into an online income. I also know a lot of women offline who have great products or ideas for a business but who are scared to get started- which is a shame! There is so much opportunity for moms to earn money from home online.

Carrie you have lived in Europe, you are well aware that things often work differently over here ! Do you believe that your resource can be of benefit to any Mum in the UK or Ireland who is thinking of this direction for their work at home opportunity.

Absolutely. The basic principles of internet business apply no matter where you are. They also apply no matter what your product is. Marketing is marketing.

What advice would you give to a Mum who would really like to work from home but is worried about being able to earn enough money

Do your research first. You need to know if your idea would be a profitable business. The Guide teaches you in detail how to do this. Then just go for it! Starting an internet business is very inexpensive. You can use your beginning profits to reinvest and earn more. Just don’t be afraid to get started!
